Both are available with a Tier 4A (Eur) or with a Tier 3 engine (Int. LAR and Mexico). 11

Harvest Suite Comfort Cab New suspended Harvest Suite Comfort cab: providing unequalled space and low noise level. The cab roof is different from Flagship combines because we still ship about 1400 TC-combines per train and thus we have to respect the normal clearance zone for train transport. Behind the seat we have a flat wall (i.e. a differentiator with Flagship-combines) Mobile cool box =12V/~220V is standard. 12

Multi-Function CommandGrip Lever The Right Hand Side console is integrated with the seat and is adjustable. The Multi-Function CommandGrip Lever controls the hydrostatic pump in a mechanical way by means of a cable. 13

InfoView II monitor The new InfoView II monitor has 5 distinct area s (from top to bottom): 2 manometers: engine oil temperature and fuel content Led-matrix: alarms and warnings (25): First LCD-screen: Combine status: grain tank(empty/full), unload tube (retracted/out), swath plate (swath mode/chopper mode), Header Height Control (Auto Float/Stubble/Compensation/ override), Reel (synchro mode), Drive(forward, rearward, parking), Threshing (on/off), Chopper (on/off), Header (up/down). On this screen also the Drive speed, the Urea level (Europe only) and the Engine rpm are indicated. Second LCD-screen: the 5 most important combine settings: drum RPM, Concave distance, Fan rpm, upper sieve and lower sieve. There are also a number of direct access keys which provides 5 more combine settings: Grain loss SW and Sieves, Fan rpm(again) and Returns and Moisture content of the harvested grain, Ha counter, the Service screen, the calibrations screen, the combine info screen, etc. 14

Styling Cab in center of combine New Styling: shielding and unloading tube All shielding's have now rounded corners and the straw hood is about 150 mm higher than before which gives the combine more body. The unloading tube is slightly inclined which copes perfectly with the modern styling and which avoids grain dribbling. The Rotary dust screen is protected by a shield which assures at the same time that air is taken from above (=clean air) and not from aside (=dusty air) Other new Features: Standard Remote Threshing concave control Reel synchronization Standard ControlFloat, Option Autofloat II (as on CX/CR) HD Varifeed headers up to 18 ft Opti-Fan on Smartsieve versions Headland routine on the reel (if the header reel is equipped with the 2 reel sensors) As the straw hood is 150 mm higher, the SW-Protection (722332) has been deleted. 15

Standard parts & Engine A new decal has been created because before the end of this year New Holland will build its 50.000 TC combine. (The decal shown is not yet final) Further, for a reason of product simplification the following items have become standard and thus part of the base unit. Slug wrench FF Greasing decals Remote control concave adjustment Hands cleaning device Beacon rotating FF Cool box FF Grain tank level indicator FF Perform monitor FF AP Family C020: ENGINE TC5060 for Europe will continue to be a Tier 3 technology engine because the European legislation allows us to use them until expiration of our quota. TC5070 and TC5080 already received the Tier 4 engine last season. An AdBlue tank of 70 Liter is added at the rear side of the combine. New Holland Tier 4A ECOBlue SCR engines can run on commercial available fuels containing Biodiesel blends of up to and including 7% Biodiesel (B7) (Europe - EN 590:2009). New Holland approves the use of 20% Biodiesel (B20) blends with all Tier 4A ECOBlue SCR engines as long as the Biodiesel blend fully complies with the latest fuel specification EN14214:2009, and operation is in accordance with operators manual guidelines. All New Holland Tier 4A engines from FPT Industrial have an engine badge to promote our partnership with FPT Industrial. 16

TRACTION Two traction systems are available: Hydrostatic drive STD: Hydrostatic drive MUD: used in Rice and other severe muddy conditions The traction axle is 47 mm narrower, which decreases some critical overall tire dimensions. TC5060 has a ZF-gearbox while TC5070 and TC5080 have the CX5/6 gearbox. On TC5070 Hydrostatic pump and motor are both 75cc. On TC5080 Hydrostatic pump and motor are both 100cc. CLEANING SHOE: On slopes the best solution is to offer Smart Sieve models but if a Fix shoe model works on slopes we recommend the installation of the DIA 9560885 STD EXTEND DIVIDERS FI. Do not put extended dividers on machines that work in flat fields, it only reduces the capacity. On TC5060, TC5070 and TC5080 a cleaning system with more capacity and better performances is available: * Dual Cascaded Fixed Cleaning shoe, no OptiFan Smart Sieve option: side slope correction to up to 25%, with OptiFan. A complete identical system as on the big CX5/6000 combines!! The cleaning area of the double cascaded cleaning shoe under Wind control is 4.321 m². The cascaded cleaning shoe and the Smart Sieve cleaning shoe have an increased cleaning capacity of up to +30% in heavy load conditions. 17

Steering Axle STEERING AXLE: Standard and Adjustable steering axle: Improved steering performance thanks to reinforced steering ball joints and a higher hydraulic pressure (160 bar). Heavy duty Adjustable steering axle: ONLY recommended for International and ONLY valid on TC5070 and TC5080. A new Heavy duty Adjustable steering axle: Available for conditions where the weight on the steering axle is very high (example in Turkey when combine is equipped with a local Chopperblower combination) This axle comes with 2 steering cylinders and a dedicated valve. The steering pressure is 140 bar. The tires allowed with HD-Adj Steering axle are the lugs tires 400/70-20 (Diagonal from Mittas): this will be arranged by constraints. Together with this HD-Adj Steering axle also the TC 5070 gets the heavy hydrostatic pump and motor 100cc/100cc (this will be arranged by constraint). Introduction batch 9742 (19/11/2013) 18

Feeding THRESHING MECHANISME: No new configurations ELEVATOR: No new configurations UNLOADING AUGER No new configurations, but slightly inclined for styling reasons and also to avoid grain dribbling FEEDERS No new configurations. Only a new Electrical reverser motor from Iskra: 18.5% more power (From 2.7 kw to 3.2 kw) with a sealed housing. Resulting in more reversing power and more reliable in severe field conditions. FEEDER DRIVE No new configurations. Two drive lines are available: Drive line 2HC & Single PT0 (422275): This driveline allows a 30 kw power take off. Drive line 2HC & Double PTO (422276): This driveline has bigger pulleys and allows a 50 kw power take off. This option has been created for TC5060, TC5070 and TC5080 working with maize headers in combination with stalk choppers. (idem for Gherinckhoff headers) 19

ADDITIONAL info: Speed on the road: Km/h Germany, France, Poland All Other (*) reduced engine speed on the road providing reduced fuel consumption. VALVES: Only Automatic HHC is available on TC5060, TC5070, TC5080 Hydraulic Reel drive is available as option on TC5070, TC5080: So the HD Varifeed header can now be used on those 2 models. Note: The Hydraulic reel drive kit is also needed for the new Hydraulic rotary dividers on the new Corn headers. 20

Traction TRACTION WHEELS and C210 STEERING WHEELS As Goodyear stops its production plant in France, several tires are replaced by alternative tires. Product offering = TRACTION AXLE: A new more narrow traction beam resulting in several critical overall tire size becoming below 3.3m or 3.5m Traction axle and Differential Lock (option on TC5070 and TC5080) This feature increases the traction capabilities very significantly on slopes and in difficult conditions. An easy placed foot peddle allows engagement/disengagement. This feature is a valid alternative for 4 wheel drive. STRAWWALKERS: No new configurations 21

Graintank GRAIN TANKS: Grain tank TC5060 TC5070 TC5080 The bigger grain tanks on TC5070 and 5080 have been achieved by using new grain tank covers: 22

Graintank Cover Extentions accessible from Cab Platform Extension (only on TC5070 and TC5080) To increase the grain tank volume, proceed as follows: 1. Lift the handle (1) to increase the grain tank volume. 23

Residue Management STRAWHOOD ATTACHMENTS: Straw hood canvas Option: Straw chopper with Manual Adjust Deflectors FF Option: Straw chopper with Remote Adjust Deflectors FF The choppers are in house made and contain also the Dual-Chop rake installed inside the chopper. OPERATORS SEAT: An air suspended seat is available on TC5060, 5070, 5080 CAB CONDITIONING: AC FF AC & Heating FF ATC FF VRT WALKER COVERS, de-awning SLATS, DEAWNING PLATES and GRAIN/RICE REBUILD KIT: No new configurations A Corn threshing concave with tangential entry and bigger distance between slats (8 slats i.s.o.10) (with or without Rotary Separator) These variants include Drum Cover plates and a Stone Trap Cover plate. This results in significant better grain quality. * Beater equipped with teeth FI (*). Those 5 features result in a better crop dynamic and a 50% less grain damage. (*): also recommend in Rice and Green straw conditions (See DIA). 25

TOP SIEVE HC 1 5/8 FI, REMOTE SIEVE ADJUSTMENT, FAN BOTTOM SHIELD, GRASS SEED EQT, EXTENDED DIVIDERS: Remote sieve adjustment as option available on all 5SW HOSE & AIR GUN, ENGINE AIR COMPRESSOR, FUEL WATER SEPARATOR FILTER, ADD FILTER HYDRAULIC OIL FF: No new configurations Air compressor is available on all the ELECTRONIC Engines: TC5070, TC5080 Additional fuel Filter & water separator FI (see picture) is available on all the ELECTRONIC Engines : TC5070, TC5080 Additional In line hydraulic oil filter as option for International Region FF on all TC5000. (see picture) This filter is a high pressure filter which is placed immediately after the Hydraulic pump. So before the oil flows to the valves of the header, the reel, the unloading tube & the threshing drum variator, it is filtered 422569 (DIA: 84579115, 84574584) This high pressure filter results in an increased reliability in countries where the oil quality is not optimal. GRAINTANK LEVEL INDICATOR: No new configurations 26

Moisture Sensor PF PACKAGE: Moisture sensor FF: Same principle as on CX/CR As this system does not require any other components than the actual Moisture sensor module we have here a very economical solution for farmers and contractors! Fluid Film (=Wax) treatment for winter transports only: Fluid Film is a liquid that impregnates the pores of exposed metals, as such it creates a barrier that moisture and oxygen cannot penetrate. Fluid Film will not harm electrical connections, paints, plastics, or synthetically rubbers. When the combine arrives at the dealership we recommend to remove the Fluid Film as possible: For easy removal of Fluid Film (= Brand name of the wax) for the purpose of handling or inspection, a high pressure, cold-water pressure wash (70-200 bar) is recommended. A standard, industrial strength pressure washer will suffice. Fluid Film can also be removed by warm water detergent wash or with a commercial-grade biodegradable cleaner. When choosing a cleaner, one formulated to remove tough grease and grime deposits is advised. Fluid Film can also be rubbed in like a wax if total removal of the product is not necessary, since Fluid Film is safe for use on paints and plastics. This will also offer extended protection of materials. It is applied as follows: Sea transport: whole combine is protected Road transport: up to 1,5m height (the shielding s are open and all parts covered by this shields are waxed) 28

Headers Header info: The general rule is : The maximum header weight is 1650 kg on TC 5060 and 2200 kg on TC5070/5080. Above 1750 kg a 3rd cylinder is needed. The GHCP headers have standard quick coupler on the header side: See Header PINL. (1): Only recommended in very light crops (example wheat < 3T/ha). CX5/6000 new rice threshing equipment with spike distance 84 mm sectional rice concave A new configuration with spike distance 84 mm will be launched in May 2013. This configuration reduces considerable the grain damage in the most common rice varieties. Possibility to reconfigure the concave to an aggressive threshing mode by adding in the 1st and 3rd row the double of teeth's followed by a grid (5 or 8 mm) to avoid un-threshed ears to fall on the preparation table.
